Clinical Training Partner
A company is looking for a Training Partner to support the development and delivery of clinical and technical training programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain training resources and update content based on changes in policies and procedures Facilitate training sessions and coordinate logistics for training delivery Track learner progress and conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness Required Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Direct Collaborative Care experience within the last 2 years Experience in developing and leading behavioral health trainings Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems
