A company is looking for a Collections Coordinator to handle administrative tasks for the Collections Department. Key Responsibilities Review and submit Loss Mitigation program requests from collectors Conduct skip tracing to locate borrowers using available tools Coordinate collection efforts with vendors for site visits and legal demand letters Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, collections, financial services, or a relevant field Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite Strong project management skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests Goal-oriented with a focus on both short- and long-term objectives
