Key Responsibilities

Seven or more years of experience in managing core HR functions

Expertise in managing Human Resources for a primarily remote workforce
Knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices across multiple states
Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
