Senior Intake Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Intake Specialist who will oversee the Intake team and provide guidance and training. Key Responsibilities Mentors and provides oversight to the Intake team while handling escalated calls Develops process improvements and conducts training for new employees Ensures compliance with policies and manages documentation for referrals and patient interactions Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred Three (3) years of related experience in healthcare administration or customer service Preferred experience in HME claims and Medicare certified environments Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop relationships effectively
