Key Responsibilities Onboards, trains, mentors, and motivates a team of independent sales agents to generate premium from the distribution of products Sources, attracts, interviews, and selects sales team members and brokerage organizations for product distribution Conducts field training and leads weekly educational and strategic sales meetings for the team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, marketing, or related field 7 years of experience in health insurance sales, including team building and leadership Life, Accident and Health insurance license in applicable state(s) Knowledge of under 65, Medicare, and small group health insurance markets Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
