Colorado Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal (Litigation and Risk) to manage pre-litigation disputes and support litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries Assist with fact investigation and prepare electronic data for document production in litigation Maintain electronic records of pre-litigation disputes and ongoing litigation within the matter management system Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification, or equivalent education and work experience 6+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation or dispute resolution Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and standard contractual language Prior experience handling litigation matters in a corporate environment or law firm preferred Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and meet reporting deadlines
