Commercial Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to provide support to regional field sales teams in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties such as answering calls, photocopying, and managing sales supply inventory
Act as a liaison between field sales and patient access, monitoring referral platforms and facilitating communication
Coordinate and schedule internal and external commercial meetings, preparing necessary materials and logistics
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of experience in an office setting/environment
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Healthcare or Medical field background required
Experience in office management and working with leadership is a plus
