Key Responsibilities Analyze and process complex bodily injury claims to determine appropriate resolutions Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activities to clients and claimants Report claims to excess carriers and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner Required Qualifications 5 years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience or equivalent education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred In-depth knowledge of commercial auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws Experience in claims litigation, including attending mediations and trials
