Key Responsibilities Act as the interface between Sales, Customer Care, and Commercial for NHS stakeholders in assigned accounts Manage and host regular review meetings with key NHS stakeholders to support their Insulet journey Oversee end-to-end NHS purchasing contracts execution and manage contract administration as required Required Qualifications, Training, and Education A-Level or equivalent qualification Prior industry/commercial experience desired Knowledge and experience of the NHS and service delivery is desired Proficiency with Microsoft suite, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS Teams Experience in Customer Service / Stakeholder Account Management is an advantage
