Compensation and Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compensation, benefits, and leave management for the HR function
Administer employee healthcare benefits and 401(k) plans, including participant education and vendor management
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations affecting HR management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources Management
HR certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Knowledge of Loan Originator compensation preferred
