Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance of the inbound sales and service team to achieve business goals
Manage customer loyalty and outbound sales programs to enhance retention and satisfaction
Develop a performance management system to foster accountability and team development
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of bicycles and the bicycle industry
5+ years of experience in eCommerce Contact Centers, Customer Service, and Sales Operations
Proven success in managing large teams (50+ members)
Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
