A company is looking for a Compliance Quality Control (QC) Contractor. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed compliance quality control reviews to ensure loans meet all regulatory, investor, and company guidelines Review TRID disclosures, LE/CD timing, RESPA, ATR/QM rules, and all other applicable federal and state regulations Utilize the LauraMac Loan Review Platform to document and manage loan compliance reviews Qualifications Must have previous experience in compliance quality control, mortgage auditing, or a similar role within the mortgage industry In-depth knowledge of TRID, RESPA, ATR/QM, ECOA, HMDA, and other mortgage-related compliance regulations Mandatory experience with the LauraMac Loan Review Platform Ability to work independently and provide accurate, high-quality work Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment to perform the job remotely
