Compliance Risk Manager
A company is looking for a Compliance Risk & Governance Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of the annual compliance risk assessment and monitoring plan Manage the Compliance Training Program and oversee enterprise-wide compliance issue management processes Prepare and deliver risk dashboards and reports to communicate compliance risk trends to senior leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance risk management or regulatory oversight, with at least 4 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations Proven experience in creating and leading compliance risk assessments and regulatory exam responses Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
