Consumer Collection Specialist
A company is looking for a Consumer Collection Specialist - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Auto dial and manage a portfolio of 60-120 day past due patient accounts
Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
Utilize multiple communication channels to engage with patients and process cancellations, disputes, and refunds
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and collection procedures
Ability to analyze metrics and reporting effectively
Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
