Key Responsibilities Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into claim intake application Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service and assistance Responds to inquiries and educates customers on claim processes and documentation requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with experience in MS Office Suite Understanding of TelePlus procedures and claim entry workflows One year of experience as a Contact Center Agent I or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment PC literate with good typing skills
