A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Market Access Operations Analytics (Remote). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain analytical and reporting tools for Field Nurse Educator (FNE) and Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) teams Collaborate with colleagues across Business Operations and Analytics to align on best practices and leverage common platforms Onboard team members to analytical tools and facilitate root cause analysis as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree required Experience in market access for products dispensed through specialty pharmacy Knowledge of field reimbursement and nursing functions, along with patient support programs Experience with CRM and data reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Veeva, PowerBI) Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with analytics experience highly preferred
