Contact Center Engineer
A company is looking for a Contact Center Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing contact center technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain contact center infrastructure, including ACD, IVR, and call recording systems
Lead integration of contact center platform with HubSpot CRM, including API development and data synchronization
Administer and optimize the Microsoft Phone System, ensuring effective call routing and integration with Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
10+ years of experience in contact center engineering and administration, preferably in healthcare
Proven experience integrating contact center platforms with HubSpot CRM
Significant experience managing Microsoft Phone System, including configuration and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including ACD, IVR, and VoIP
