Contact Center Engineer
A company is looking for a Contact Center Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, administer, integrate, maintain, and support Genesys PureCloud and SalesForce platforms
Develop scalable testing tools and automated testing solutions
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless deployment of new features and toolsets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related work experience required
Two years of experience in developing and implementing contact center technology preferred
Two years of experience with Java programming languages (JavaScript, C#, C++) preferred
Two years of experience with REST Web services and API preferred
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform is a plus
