A company is looking for a Team Manager, Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Encourage and promote excellent customer service within the team Conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with Team Leaders Monitor team metrics and assist Team Leaders with coaching to optimize performance Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Ability to manage a remote workforce Understanding of metrics and ability to address performance issues
