A company is looking for a Counselor or Clinical Therapist. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, groups, or families addressing psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues Evaluate patients and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans Manage caseload documentation in accordance with regulatory, coding, billing, and organizational policies Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling Preferred experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Preferred one year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment experience Preferred one year of counseling experience in an incarcerated/jail setting Required license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or affiliated training licenses (APSW, LPC-IT), or substance abuse counseling credentials
