Key Responsibilities Provide confidential employee counseling, referral, aftercare, and follow-up services Deliver outpatient counseling services and develop therapeutic treatment plans for patients, groups, or families Manage caseload documentation and collaborate as a team member within the Behavioral Health program Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or SAC is required Membership in a professional EAP organization is beneficial In-training licenses are not supported at this time
