Key Responsibilities
Drive sales team attainment of bookings goals across direct corporate end users and Software ISV distribution channels
Sustain a rigorous training program and process adherence system to enhance team performance
Manage salesforce utilization and provide management with sales metric tracking
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of professional experience in B2B software sales, with leadership experience
Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and experience selling SaaS products
Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies for revenue growth
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams with a focus on proactive prospecting
High competency with CRM and sales automation tools, particularly Salesforce
