Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and GAAP reporting Oversee accounting for complex areas such as derivatives, share-based payments, and real estate transactions Lead the implementation of accounting policies under US GAAP and manage equity compensation accounting Required Qualifications 15+ years of relevant professional experience Accounting degree required; CPA preferred Supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting experience required Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
