CRM Marketing Manager
A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager II to enhance international marketing efforts across multiple streaming brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to enhance subscriber engagement and reduce churn
Manage all phases of email and push marketing, including planning, segmentation, and reporting
Analyze campaign metrics and customer data to measure effectiveness and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of relevant work experience in email and CRM marketing, preferably in streaming subscription services
Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and mobile marketing customization
Strong understanding of CRM metrics and their impact on business performance
Ability to assist in design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred
