CRM Presales Engineer
A company is looking for a CRM Presales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales proposals, pitches, and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions
Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert during the pre-sales process, assessing client needs and recommending solutions
Design and present demonstrations that align with client industry needs and assist in developing implementation plans and project scope documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with executive stakeholders
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App Maker) are a plus
