CRM Solutions Consultant
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant - CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to support proposals and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions
Act as a technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process, assessing client business requirements and recommending solutions
Design and present demonstrations that showcase the value of the portfolio solution tailored to client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with executive stakeholders
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus
