Customer Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via inbound calls and support ticketing systems
Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshooting, and resolving standard issues with customer configurations and software
Document customer inquiries and follow up to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Automotive industry software support experience preferred
Contact Center Operations experience preferred
Ability to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
