Customer Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist to assist in creating and maintaining resources for effective customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and relevance through regular audits and updates
Design and coordinate training programs for onboarding and continuous education of team members
Produce and distribute internal communications, including a weekly newsletter to keep the team informed of updates and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communication, or a related field
1+ years of experience in customer operations, training, knowledge management, or a related field
Experience in building or managing knowledge bases and training programs in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in knowledge base management software and CRM systems
Experience working cross-functionally with teams in operations or healthcare is a plus
