Customer Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers by guiding them through the implementation journey tailored to their unique needs
Design and lead engaging virtual training sessions for dental teams to enhance knowledge retention
Identify and propose solutions for friction points in the onboarding and training processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS onboarding or customer success
Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred
Experience leading virtual trainings or presentations for small-to-medium-sized teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
