Customer Experience Manager with License
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Customer Experience Supervisors
Review data analytics to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and performance goals are met
Identify staffing trends and manage actions related to hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in call center or auto insurance
Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
Strong training leadership and management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
