Customer Onboarding Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Run one-on-one onboarding sessions with assigned customers, coaching them through various processes
Meet and exceed onboarding health targets consistently
Contribute to the customer journey by collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance the onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or related tech
Experience managing projects with Enterprise-level customers
Ecommerce or martech experience is highly preferred
Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment is preferred
Strong process orientation to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience
