Customer Operations Support Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Support Manager to enhance client support and service delivery while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline build and assist in closing customer deals in collaboration with the sales organization
Act as a Service Delivery Manager for clients, managing support issues and coordinating resolutions
Lead business development initiatives to grow the Global Services area and improve service offerings
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a technology company, particularly with ERP products
3+ years of business development or technology sales experience in managed services
5+ years of experience managing phone and ticket escalation processes, with ServiceNow experience preferred
Experience implementing Infor M3 Technologies in roles such as Solutions Consultant or Project Management
