Key Responsibilities Manage CRM Road Map with certified partners to ensure timely delivery of business objectives Assess client needs and provide solutions to exceed expectations Audit CRMs for compliance and work with providers to ensure adherence Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in CRM or OEM managing CRM activities General understanding of automotive digital marketing and CRM analytics Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects Experience leading internal and external meetings OEM and Dealer oriented team player with program leadership skills
