Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to identify and resolve issues related to provisioning, billing, and service concerns
Promote products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving sales goals
Utilize multiple systems to accurately process service orders and troubleshoot complex issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
Technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and team collaboration
