Customer Service Collection Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative. Key Responsibilities Manage patient accounts, including cash collection and final resolution of self-pay balances Negotiate payment arrangements with patients through various communication methods Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary Required Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare environment preferred Minimum 2 years in healthcare account management with customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress atmosphere
