A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collection Representative. Key Responsibilities Manage patient accounts, including cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances Negotiate payment arrangements with patients through various communication methods Document payment commitments and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications Strong organizational and time management skills
