Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to deliver quality customer service and assist with departmental duties.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer service calls and walk-in inquiries
Conduct financial interviews with patients to assess payment ability and establish payment plans
Maintain productivity and quality standards while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED is required
One year of experience in data processing, word processing, accounting, or healthcare clerical work is required
Additional courses in medical terminology and office practices are preferred
Certifications such as Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) are preferred
No licensure or certification is required
