Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist responsible for supporting patients through the front-end process of home medical equipment services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while answering inbound and outbound calls
Process orders, verify insurance information, and ensure documentation accuracy
Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and meet quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
