A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing external reporting filings, including financial statements and disclosures Coordinate quarterly financial close and audit processes to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Research and document new GAAP and disclosure matters, and assist with SOX compliance documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required CPA candidate eligibility required (CPA preferred) 4+ years of financial accounting experience in public accounting or a publicly traded company Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
