Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, ensuring compliance with best practices Collaborate on the external reporting calendar and prepare supporting schedules for SEC filings Assist with SOX compliance activities and participate in financial closing procedures Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience Experience in a public company, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting requirements Experience with NetSuite and Active Disclosure or Workiva preferred
