Customer Service Support Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Outbound Lab Support. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet Provide additional customer education and notify clients of test results accurately Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
