Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the SaaS Cyber Security or adjacent industry
Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
Experience with data-driven decision-making and strong business acumen
