Key Responsibilities: Maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and documentation of data sources Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy Perform data analysis to identify insights for improving member healthcare experience Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, or other preferred programming language 3+ years of experience manipulating data across multiple platforms Experience with Medicare Advantage products or the healthcare industry Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices
