DE Certified Underwriting Manager
A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager to oversee the underwriting department and ensure service level agreements are maintained. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelines Serve as the primary contact for Underwriter questions and escalations Manage loan pipeline to ensure compliance with service level agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications required; USDA experience is a plus 5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting experience with agency guideline knowledge 5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of compliance requirements
