Key Responsibilities
Supervises a team of social media specialists and customer support representatives, providing leadership in operations analysis and performance management
Collaborates with internal organizations to ensure consistent messaging across social media platforms and expands the company's social presence
Engages with customers in real-time on social platforms to deliver superior customer service and monitors productivity in accordance with established policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in managing customer service operations, particularly in social media
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
