Senior CRM Administrator
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Administrator to manage and maintain their CRM system to support fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee user support lifecycle and provide training for donor data management tools
Customize and manage the CiviCRM and Acoustic platforms according to business needs
Ensure data quality and privacy governance while collaborating with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a CRM environment, preferably in a nonprofit setting
Proficiency in CRM configuration, including objects, fields, and workflows
Strong technical skills in data management and reporting
Understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices
Experience with system integrations and third-party APIs
