A company is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to lead the Marketing and Communications Department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee digital communications and departmental operations
Develop, implement, and optimize digital platforms for user experiences across various channels
Supervise, mentor, and train assigned staff while analyzing department metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, UX Design, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of six years of experience in a communications environment, including supervisory experience
Knowledge of digital communications principles and web design best practices
Familiarity with website, CMS, email platforms, and analytics tools
Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably healthcare
