Provider Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for managing provider enrollment processes and ensuring accurate provider records. Key Responsibilities: Complete enrollment and re-enrollment processes for providers to ensure timely participation and accurate payments Maintain detailed electronic provider enrollment files and coordinate issue resolution for provider records Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and assist with interdepartmental issues related to enrollment Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Two or more years of business experience in a managed care or healthcare setting Experience or knowledge of ONYX, FACETS, or similar provider data and claims processing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
