Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise software sales or account management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS environments
Domain expertise in CLM, ERP, CRM, or BSM is preferred
Proven success in value-based selling and driving incremental revenue growth
Experience managing large Fortune 500 client engagements and complex sales cycles
Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and directing strategic initiatives
