A company is looking for a Director, People Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and champion a multi-year vision and roadmap for People Technology to enhance the employee experience
Manage the portfolio of People systems and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap
Build and lead a team of technology professionals, fostering growth and professional development
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in designing and leading people technology initiatives (HRIS/HRIT, ATS, LMS, etc.)
Expertise in Workday; experience in Greenhouse preferred
Deep knowledge of HR strategy, processes, and best practices
Experience managing vendors and strengthening external partnerships
Experience leading a globally distributed team and managing contractors
