A company is looking for an Exchange On-Prem & Online - Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange On-Prem and Online
Enhance the company's reputation through excellent customer service and relationship building
Collaborate with peer groups and customer account teams to support Exchange environments
Required Qualifications
Experience with Exchange On-Prem and Online, including server architecture (2010, 2013, 2016)
Strong expertise in security measures related to Exchange environments
Proven troubleshooting skills for Exchange server issues
Experience in designing and implementing Exchange services and migrations
Ability to conduct health checks and provide best practice recommendations for Exchange solutions
