Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 35+ perception engineers and scientists to develop software for self-driving cars Oversee planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects while providing technical leadership Collaborate with technical leadership in areas such as Planning, System Architecture, and Sensors Required Qualifications Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in multi-modal perception and vision development Expertise in implementing vision & perception algorithms on real-world systems Significant hands-on technical leadership and engineering management experience Knowledge of Linux and experience in robot, automotive, or aerospace fields
