Director of Retention Services
A company is looking for a Director of Retention Services to lead and oversee all aspects of student and family retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for improving student and family retention
Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for Onboarding, Parent University, and Family Support
Monitor and analyze retention and engagement metrics to identify trends and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retention, enrollment, or customer care
Demonstrated success in managing large teams and driving organizational improvements
Experience with data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making
Proficiency in virtual tools and technologies used in remote work environments
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
