Director of Self-Pay Management
A company is looking for a Director - Self-Pay Management (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Directs the processes and systems for the Self-Pay Management function, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant policies
Manages the integration of hospital and professional customer service departments into a single operational group
Oversees the performance, training, and development of the Self Pay Customer Resolution team and Financial Assistance Specialists
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related business or health administration discipline; Master's Degree preferred
Ten years of progressively responsible customer service management experience in a complex healthcare system, including three years in a supervisory role
Demonstrated knowledge of hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, and patient registration processes
Experience with registration and billing systems, particularly Epic
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
