A company is looking for a Director, Technical Support to lead and improve customer support operations. Key Responsibilities Direct business processes to enhance client experience and performance Monitor and measure staff performance to ensure high-quality customer support Develop and empower Technical Support staff through effective coaching and leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required 8+ years managing a Contact Center Technical Support team or equivalent role 3+ years of Development Experience preferred, but not required Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Experience in identifying and resolving critical outages and operational issues
