Associate Client Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Associate Client Support Specialist responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, emails, or chats related to the eMoney platform
Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
Log interactions and escalate complex issues to tier two teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
0 - 1 years in a customer service/support role or relevant experience
Familiarity with web applications
Understanding of financial concepts or terms is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
